Brisbane CBD location Initial 3 month contract with extension option Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking two Infrastructure Analysts – Infrastructure Networking & Financial Senior Analyst (AO6) Principal Analyst (AO7) These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure planning and funding initiatives that support housing supply, economic growth and sustainable development across Queensland. About the Team You will join a multidisciplinary team of planning, engineering, urban design and commercial professionals responsible for delivering Priority Development Areas and other key precincts. The team plays a critical role in ensuring essential infrastructure is planned, funded and delivered in the right place at the right time. About the Roles Both positions focus on infrastructure charging and offset frameworks, financial modelling, and supporting infrastructure funding programs. The scope and level of responsibility will vary depending on classification. Key Responsibilities (Both Roles) Develop and maintain financial models for development charges and trunk infrastructure Undertake and review infrastructure charge calculations Assess infrastructure offsets, including scope and cost analysis Provide advice on infrastructure charging policy interpretation Support auditing and quality assurance of infrastructure financial datasets Contribute to process improvements, governance frameworks and policy development Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Additional Responsibilities – Principal Analyst (AO7) Lead preparation, oversight and validation of complex financial models Provide authoritative advice on escalated or contested infrastructure charging matters Oversee governance and data integrity of financial frameworks Mentor and support junior team members About You We are seeking professionals with: Strong financial modelling capability and advanced MS Excel skills Experience interpreting infrastructure charging frameworks and legislation Exposure to infrastructure offsets and cost-recovery models Background in infrastructure planning, urban and regional planning, property economics, economics or related disciplines High attention to detail and strong analytical capability Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across disciplines Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience within government, infrastructure, development, or the property sector will be highly regarded. Familiarity with GIS systems is advantageous.
