Description We’re seeking a Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team. In this role you’ll have responsibility for a range of duties which support the Corporate Secretarial function, engaging with our teams across the business. What makes you ‘just right’: Experience in a professional services environment Experience with the preparation of company statements and filing of Company Register documentation (advantageous, not required) Great attention to detail Time management skills with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and a team player Professional and polished approach What your day might look like: The Corporate Secretarial Assistant role is part of our Administration team, reporting to the Administration Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with our Partners and Senior Managers across our Private Business and Family division.
