The Opportunity As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of the business in Brisbane, driving new opportunities while nurturing long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver end-to-end security projects that make a real impact. What you'll be doing: Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Brisbane. Preparing and managing tenders, proposals, and project estimates. Advising clients on the latest security technologies and integrated solutions. Leading contract negotiations and securing commercial agreements. Collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery. What You'll Bring We're looking for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. To succeed, you'll need: Proven success in business development or sales within electronic security. Previous experience with a Security Integrator, Distributor, or Vendor (essential). Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate technical solutions. Experience with estimating and commercial tenders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proactive, consultative approach and the ability to build trust quickly. The Offer An attractive remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $110,000 - $130,000, plus Superannuation, a $20,000 Car Allowance and a lucrative commission structure.
