Carry out general construction of exhibition projects both onsite and in the warehouse. Ensure all installations are completed to the satisfaction of the design team, clients, and organisers. Provide on-site supervision and hands-on assistance for builds when required. People Management Provide installation and service training to new installation crew members. Deliver ongoing safety training for all crew. Offer guidance, advice, and support to installation team members. Maintain high motivation and satisfaction levels across the installation and factory teams. Operations Support Support the Operations team with any relevant duties. Report installation challenges or crew-related issues to Operations. Manage deliveries and collections; communicate updates to relevant parties. Review production drawings, identifying and rectifying issues prior to build. Collaboration & Communication Coordinate installation schedules with Project Managers and Designers. Attend pre‑construction meetings to align on project requirements. Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure safe work practices. Communicate trouble reports, warranty issues, and back charges to PMs and Billing. Review design concepts and raise potential construction issues early. Productivity & Efficiency Ensure all projects are delivered on time; flag delays or risks proactively. Provide innovative solutions to installation and construction problems. Verify all packed components before dispatch (frames, fittings, flooring, infills, furniture). Identify cost‑effective construction methods and installation efficiencies. Perform post-installation inspections, including photo documentation and follow-up. Report safety issues, near misses, successes, and job completions. Inventory Management Ensure all inventory is properly maintained and stored in the correct bays. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to Operations. Administrative Duties Complete timesheets, budget tracking, checklists, and other administrative tasks. ✅ What You Bring Experience in exhibition stand construction or similar industry (preferred). Strong understanding of exhibition fabrication and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Familiarity with exhibition floorplans and show manuals. Knowledge of rigging and site services. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Licenses/Tools: Own tools Forklift licence EWP licence (preferred) Why Join Expo Centric?
