Core Talent are partnered with a leading Solar specialist in WA that focus on delivery Solar projects to residential and commercial sectors across Western Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are looking for SAA qualified Solar & Battery Installers. This role is connected to one of the most exciting power projects in WA and largely intertwined with the government owned energy generator. Key Duties Install both residential and large-scale solar systems Handle battery installations Ensure excellent time management and attention to detail while adhering to industry standards. Collaborate with customers to ensure optimal outcomes for their new solar systems. Candidate Profile This candidate needs to be SAA/CEC accredited for the installation of Solar PV Panels and Batteries. This role would suit someone that is used to working under their own autonomy and managing their own workload. SAA accredited for installation of CEC batteries Full unrestricted driving licence What is on offer $70 - $75 Per Hour Overtime & Penalties $10K Bonus after a set amount of system installs Installation incentive scheme Company vehicle, Fuel Card, iPad & Phone Please Note: If you are not SAA accredited but have experience installing Solar or Battery systems elsewhere, please apply as training and course can potentially be provided depending on level of experience.
