About the Role Due to growing demand, we’re expanding our Truck Service team and introducing an exciting new mobile role. We’re looking for a motivated Heavy Diesel Technician who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working directly with customers — not being stuck in the same workshop every day. Based out of our Parts dealership in Warrnambool, you’ll be fully mobile, delivering off-site repairs and breakdown support while working on premium truck brands including Kenworth, DAF and Hino. If you like problem-solving on the go and taking pride in being the technician customers rely on, this role is for you. About You You’re passionate about the truck industry and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship every time. You’ll be trusted to represent the business in the field and make smart decisions independently. Your responsibilities will include: Providing prompt, accurate servicing and repairs to meet customer needs Supporting daily breakdown and roadside operations Maintaining BMG’s strong commitment to safety and compliance Delivering a professional, customer-focused service experience Skills & Experience Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Technician (essential) Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload Strong communication and customer service skills A team player who contributes positively to the wider service team Valid truck driver’s licence (preferred) What’s in It for You?
