With growth plans well and truly underway - they are looking for an additional new business hunter to join their Sydney sales team. The Role on offer Working with an exceptional manager - described as a true coach and leader with realistic expectations, your role will be to drive new business opportunities from identification through to contract signing. You will be backed by an exceptional management team who will be able to assist in structuring your approach and providing advice on how to best structure your proposals if needed. The business has some of the most advanced sales tools in the market at your disposal and with an established customer base available for you to leverage there will be unlimited sales opportunities and career potential in NSW for the right candidate. Salary for this role will consist of: Competitive Base Salary to attract the right candidate Car Allowance / Novated Lease Uncapped incentive plan - OTE for reaching target - $180K UNCAPPED! Tools of the trade - Mobile Phone / Laptop Selection Criteria To be successful in your application for this role you must possess the following skills and experience: You must have a proven track record in new business sales in ideally the Fleet Management space however candidates with experience in the Asset Management , fleet management of capital equipment, managed services or Corporate finance where Operating leases are part of the product mix will also be considered . Genuine dedication to achieve new business targets where you are able to sell a service that adds true value to your customers Proven relationship establishment and building skills A strategic sales approach with an understanding of how important activity is when winning business. Willingness to further your learning and a desire to be developed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with and negotiating with the highest levels of the organisational chart.
