THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the Recruitment & HR Adviser role supports the Social Services Regulator's end-to-end recruitment, including reviewing applications, assisting in candidate selection, supporting interview coordination and participation, pre-employment documentation and drafting offer letters. The Recruitment & HR Adviser plays a pivotal role in ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational needs. This includes liaising with hiring managers, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Support the SSR's end to end recruitment, including reviewing applications, assisting in candidate selection, supporting interview coordination and participation, pre-employment documentation and drafting offer letters. Provide high quality candidate care throughout the recruitment process by providing regular communication and managing candidate queries via phone and email within agreed timeframes. * Provide administrative support with the SSR's HR processes and systems, including management of the SSR's staffing profile/establishment, reporting lines and other HR related systems and reporting tools.
