THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, the Senior Recruitment & HR Adviser is the key point of contact for all recruitment and HR matters at the Social Services Regulator (SSR). As a senior member of the team, the Senior Recruitment & HR Adviser will work closely with and provide specialist advice to the SSR's Executive and Management Teams and other internal stakeholders on the full suite of recruitment and human resource functions. The Senior Recruitment & HR Adviser is responsible for the maintenance, development and implementation of the Social Services Regulator's human resources policies and processes and plays a key role in supporting the strategic and operational needs of the organisation through the promotion of good and contemporary human resource management practices, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and job scoping. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Support the SSR's People and Culture functions including end to end recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee wellbeing, attraction and retention, OH&S and payroll, and associated administrative tasks. Provide coaching and expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters in line with the Victoria Public Sector Enterprise Agreement 2024 and relevant state and federal legislation.
