Toll Group’s Managed Services – Government & Defence division is seeking a Senior Quality Management Associate to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the integrity of our Quality Management System (QMS). In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the documentation framework that underpins our operations, ensuring our processes are controlled, compliant and continuously evolving. This role is a highly collaborative role within our new office in Collins St, Melbourne. About the Role: Document Governance Develop, maintain and control all SOPs, policies and work instructions within the QMS. Ensure all documentation meets formatting, version control and approval workflow standards. Quality Management System Administration Oversee the QMS platform to ensure data integrity and timely updates. Lead document review cycles and manage change control processes. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Monitor adherence to documentation standards and ISO requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and embed best practices. Stakeholder Support Provide guidance and training on document control and QMS procedures. Act as the key contact for documentation-related queries across the organisation. More about the role: Promote Quality principles across Toll Government & Defence. Support external audits, validation activities and risk assessments. Deliver quality-related training, including GMP. Manage and continuously improve the Toll 4PL Quality SharePoint site. About you: Proven experience in document control or quality systems administration. Strong knowledge of QMS principles and ISO standards. High proficiency across MS Office and document management tools. Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical writing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work independently. Baseline Security Clearance advantageous Qualifications Science degree or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Quality. What moves you?
