In addition, they will support the Senior Function Supervisor and the Functions Business Team Leader with administrative duties, including managing enquiries and corresponding with clients. In this role, the Function Supervisor will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and professional environment while overseeing the smooth and efficient delivery of events at The Round. They will ensure consistently high standards of customer service are provided to clients, guests, patrons, and hirers. About you: Knowledge and skills in providing a high-quality customer experience in a functions environment. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff. Excellent verbal skills - The ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and hirers. Strong day-to-day decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and apply sound judgement in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed skills in conflict resolution. Experience using booking systems preferred.
