The Opportunity An opportunity has become available for a results driven Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery Team in Queensland . The role will cover the North Brisbane territory . The overall responsibility of this role is to build and maintain long term, favorable clinical customer relationships within key hospitals with clinical stakeholders, to achieve/ exceed the sales and profit targets within a designated region and improve the efficiency & effectiveness of customer delivered healthcare services to patients through education. This is a Part Time role in Brisbane . Responsibilities Achieve and grow territory revenue: execute surgeo n and account-based plans, pursue tenders/contracts, and drive unit growth and market share. Build clinical and KOL relationships: cultivate surgeons and hospital stakeholders to accelerate product adoption and secure long-term account support. Lead clinical education and training: design account-specific in-service programs, coordinate delivery with cross functional teams, and run training events. Ensure inventory availability and accuracy: perform boot/consignment counts, report backorders/overstock, and recommend alternatives to prevent case disruption. Capture insights and report performance: use CRM daily to log interactions and competitive activity and deliver monthly sales/objective reports highlighting opportunities and risks. Collaborate, comply and develop support team initiatives, follow company and regulatory policies, complete required compliance training, and champion new product introductions. About You Education: Degree complete in a related field preferred; postgraduate studies in business or health sciences a bonus.
