About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Area Manager to drive sales growth across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with window fabricators, distributors, and key industry stakeholders. Covering a territory from Brisbane to Ballina, the role is predominantly fieldbased, with autonomy to plan client visits while working from a home office. Key responsibilities include: Managing the final execution stage of the Breezway sales cycle Representing Breezway to architectural and specification practices and supporting window fabricators throughout the project lifecycle Ensuring a seamless handover from specification through to fabrication Collaborating with internal teams to track project progress and deliver successful outcomes Achieving territory sales, margin, and contribution targets Maintaining high customer service standards and resolving project issues efficiently About You You are a proactive and customerfocused sales professional with a strong track record in relationshipbased sales or account management roles. Experience within the windows, glazing, or related building product industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
