This role fills a crucial gap between Consultant and Associate, helping us scale effectively and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. What you’ll be doing Role As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in technical delivery, client engagement, and team capability building. You will: Lead and deliver medium-to-large work packages across economics, planning and development advisory projects Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and ensure all outputs meet our quality standards Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting consistency and excellence in delivery Contribute to proposals, fee estimates and client meetings, strengthening our market presence Support business development initiatives and nurture ongoing client relationships Work collaboratively with colleagues across our Advisory and Technical Advisory Services teams This is not a people‑manager role, but you will play an important part in developing the skills and confidence of less experienced team members.
