You’ll be the go-to expert for sustainability initiatives, driving improvement programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects meet environmental targets and compliance standards. Job Description Key Accountabilities Lead and coordinate Sustainability Improvement Programs, including environmental reporting and initiative management Identify and implement innovative environmental improvement strategies Manage project delivery, budgets, timelines, and reporting against milestones Prepare environmental reports aligned with client and regulatory requirements Liaise with industry bodies, government agencies, and utility providers Act as the primary sustainability contact for integrated facilities management clients Collaborate with internal teams to foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Strong research, analytical, and technical writing skills Knowledge of environmental/energy legislation (e.g. NGERS) is desirable Self-starter with sound judgment and autonomy Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Strong planning, organisational, and presentation abilities Skilled negotiator with influencing capabilities Basic commercial acumen Why Join Us?
