A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a senior administrative, office management, or team coordination role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and InDesign Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in property or professional services is highly regarded. The Role You will be the backbone of the Investment Sales team, ensuring seamless operations and providing high-level administrative and office management support. Key Responsibilities Provide seamless support to the Investment Sales team. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle team logistics. Administer financial processes including invoice management, expense tracking, and budget assistance. Maintain CRM accuracy, manage client/campaign data, and support property marketing initiatives. Coordinate marketing campaigns for properties including design of advertising, organisation of contractors, updating internet listings and monitoring marketing budgets for all campaigns. Prepare reports, assist with compliance requirements, and deliver administrative support for senior leaders and onboarding/offboarding processes.
