Description: About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our Dandenong South office. Duties & Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries. Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales. Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations. Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally. Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information. Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts. Process credit card payments as needed. Provide support to Operations and Sales teams. Engage in web chat support.
