Your Role as our Product Specialist The Product Specialist is responsible for the central governance and administration of client & service information systems within WMQ’s broader information and technology ecosystem. In this role you will perform configuration, administration, and maintenance of information systems (specifically AlayaCare) to ensure that they are reliable, enabled, available and defendable in accordance with WMQ’s Digital and Cybersecurity Strategies. You will also: Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Solutions and key stakeholders. Analyse issues using systems thinking and root cause analysis to inform solution priorities. Elicit and document business, customer and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops. Support testing, validation and compliance with regulatory and information security standards. Verify delivered solutions against agreed requirements. Develop, improve and adhere to processes, procedures and ITIL-based change management practices. Contribute to the planning, design, enhancement and optimisation of business systems and applications. What We’re Looking For Experience in configuration and maintenance of both client & service information systems such as AlayaCare in a large organisation with complex structures. Degree qualifications in Information Technology or related field. Skills and experience running workshops and presenting to audiences at all levels. Strong planning and organising skills including effective time management and ability to prioritise.
