We are passionate about helping others and we are searching for like-minded individuals that have the drive to provide compassionate care services to our clients. Job Summary As our PR, Events & Partnership Marketing Manager, you will be the lead architect of our external reputation within the care sector. You will bridge the gap between human-centered storytelling and market presence, ensuring that every event, media mention, and strategic alliance drives brand trust, advocacy, and service growth. In this "scale-up" phase, you will move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to establish us as a premier provider and a voice for the community. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Public Relations & Advocacy Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare, community, and business journalists. Narrative Development: Craft compelling stories that highlight participant outcomes and position our leadership as advocates for reform and innovation in the NDIS and Aged Care space. Crisis & Reputation Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for brand reputation, developing rapid-response protocols to navigate the complexities of a highly regulated industry. 2. Event Strategy & Community Engagement Flagship Presence: Own the end-to-end execution of our presence at major industry expos Owned Events: Design and produce bespoke community events, caregiver workshops, and roundtables that drive engagement and lead generation. Impact Tracking: Move beyond "attendance" to track participant acquisition, referral growth, and the ROI of every event dollar spent. 3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Ecosystem Growth: Identify and ink partnerships with peak bodies, allied health providers, and community groups to broaden our referral network. Ambassador Programs: Build a network of participants, families, and industry experts who authentically advocate for our services. Joint Initiatives: Lead collaborative campaigns and educational webinars with key sector partners to increase brand authority. Who You Are You have over 10 years of experience in communications or marketing, with a proven track record of scaling a brand’s presence in a complex, service-oriented environment. Scale-up Savvy: You thrive in fast-paced growth phases. You can build systems from scratch and aren't afraid to "get your hands dirty" to meet community needs. Compassionate Communicator: You can translate complex policy (like NDIS/Aged Care legislation) into accessible, heart-led storytelling that resonates with families and participants. Data-Informed: You understand that brand trust must be backed by metrics. You are comfortable measuring conversion from referral sources and analysing cost-per-acquisition. Required Qualifications Experience: 10 years in PR, Events, or Integrated Marketing (Experience in Healthcare, NDIS, or Aged Care is highly regarded). Network: An existing network of media contacts, healthcare influencers, and event vendors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Compliance: Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and/or Police Check. Tools: Proficiency in PR monitoring tools, Event Management software, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
