About the opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our team in Regents Park. In this role, you will support major infrastructure projects in a true generalist capacity, where you will be hands on across all aspects of HR. Day to day you will; Work closely with delivery teams to provide operational and strategic HR support, implement key HR initiatives, and offer expert advice across a broad range of people matters. Support managers with performance management and conduct matters. Conduct regular site visits to build relationships, understand team needs, and address HR-related queries. Manage employee lifecycle events such as probation reviews, promotions/variations and exits. Contribute to and enhance HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational needs. Proactively identify workforce needs and collaborate with managers to implement solutions that support team effectiveness and project objectives. Drive and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and support delivery priorities. What you’ll bring to the team Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience. Experience in a Business Partner role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of Australian employment law and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
