Salesforce Delivery Lead – NSW Government Full-time permanent 2 days onsite / 3 days working from home Sydney CBD $135K to $142K superannuation About the Role We have a great and rare opportunity with a NSW Government agency for a full-time, ongoing Salesforce Delivery Lead. This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Delivery Lead with an agile Salesforce development background who can work at pace and bring their expertise and experience to drive continual improvement in application development. Experience and essential requirements: Proven experience in managing the delivery of complex salesforce projects, preferably in both Waterfall and Agile environments, including the demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope work to deliver salesforce changes. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams for high performance against challenging deadlines in a matrix management environment. Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Process Builders migration, with a good understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, fields, and relationships. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences including strong written and presentation skills. Strong track record in engaging at a technical level with teams to maximise individual team member and overall team performance. Skilled in using CI/CD tools, like Azure DevOps or Gearset. Knowledge and experience of ITIL/ITSM frameworks in practice. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
