About The Role eApproval is an online application which enables the end-to-end document management and workflow solution of all briefs, Ministerials and correspondence. The application enables NSW Health’s vision for a digitally enabled workplace with streamlined management of approvals. We are looking for a Business Improvement Lead to identify and implement initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness through various business improvement programs. This encompasses complete business process analysis and redesign, execution and delivery of key projects, assisting with organisational change, working collaboratively with stakeholders to bring measurable success and ensuring alignment with the organisational strategic goals. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support the delivery of critical transformation projects to drive efficiencies resulting in improved systems, processes, procedures, and best practices across the organisation. Align business problems with measurable outcomes and ensure alignment is sustained throughout delivery of improvements, translating strategic goals into relatable process changes which are understood and adopted by the business. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across various levels to capture the current state end to end business processes and designs to identify interdependencies, for process re-design and re-engineering to define improved future states ensuring they meet the maturity standards and quality requirements. Provide leadership, guidance, and advice to the business, and to the internal teams on the business improvement best practices and industry standards. Support change management activities to enable the organisation to successfully adopt process improvement programs ensuring organisational success and outcomes are achieved. About You We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: Extensive experience and a record of achievement in leading business improvement projects from inception to completion in a large and complex health environment managing concurrent transformational initiatives. Proven experience to contribute and implement strategic initiatives, including the capability to strategise, scope, plan, execute and deliver projects, managing change with resistance improving overall project performance and efficiency. This includes demonstrated experience to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders with limited time to obtain consensus and move forward with business initiatives and implement the change. Project Management Qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile) or other recognised project delivery qualifications with extensive experience in project management and implementation. Experience in managing a vendor and building relationships to influence priorities to implement system enhancements. Experience in leading critical business transformation program across NSW Health is essential.
