Operating within the People & Culture function, the position partners closely with senior leadership to embed evidence‑based decision‑making and elevate the organisation’s capability to leverage insights at scale. What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement data analytics frameworks using People data to support business priorities. Develop dashboards, predictive models, and reporting tools to provide insights on workforce trends, talent acquisition, and engagement. Partner with Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to deliver analytics that enhance workforce planning and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with the Senior Director, Rewards and Insights to integrate analytics into reward and performance frameworks. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across all People data sources. Monitor emerging trends in HR analytics and recommend innovative approaches. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Chief People Officer. What makes you perfect for the role? 7–10 years’ experience in people analytics, workforce insights, or related data analytics roles within complex, matrixed organisations. Advanced expertise in data analytics, visualisation tools, and statistical modelling, including Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise BI platforms. Strong knowledge of HR data, workforce metrics, and predictive analytics, with demonstrated ability to build models that support workforce planning and talent strategy. Exposure to and working knowledge of people analytics systems such as Visier, including experience interpreting and operationalising insights. Deep capability in data governance, quality assurance, compliance, and ethical handling of People data, ensuring accuracy and trust in reporting and analytics outputs. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and non‑technical audiences.
