Your New Role We have an 8-month max-term contract opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Risk Transformation to join the Risk and Governance Advisory team and contribute to the implementation of a Fund-wide risk transformation program. Key responsibilities include; Work closely with the Group Risk, C&C and SCA Transformation Leads and Managers to contribute to the overall implementation of the MORE Program across the Group Risk, C&C and SCA Domains. Work with a dedicated team / squad of experienced risk, compliance and project professionals to support delivery and implementation of the Project MORE expected outcomes for each of the 3 domains. Lead aspects of the completion of relevant milestones within a detailed plan of expected timelines, deliverables, definitions of done, artefacts and governance interventions etc. to be delivered by or implemented into Fund Services. Support the prototyping and testing of solutions for implementation. Provide feedback to the MORE Program and / or Initiative leads. Consult and engage with Line 1 business stakeholders and Risk Teams (C&C, GR, SCA) to ensure stakeholders understand the implications and expectations of the Program on their responsibilities or team. Identify opportunities and provide input to the change management approach and communication for the GR, C&C and SCA Domain. Contribute both functional expertise and broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-Fund initiatives What You'll Need 5 years of experience in financial services with an asset manager, bank and / or custodian in investment operations, compliance and / or risk management. Track record of collaborating and engaging across an organisation to break down silos and share good ideas, issues, and practices. Able to escalate concerns and influencing at senior levels. Experience at presenting to Senior Management committees. Track record of delivering efficient and effective outcomes that deliver value to business areas or process and framework improvements. Sound knowledge of operational risk and compliance frameworks. Motivated by complex problems and critical thinking. Experienced in working with developing teams. Exposure to change management and rapid growth / change environments. Ability to manage competing deadlines within tight timeframes. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Risk or Accounting disciplines.
