Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our high-performing AMS Programs team. What you'll be doing… As a Business Consultant - CPM, in our Application Managed Services (AMS) team, you will play a key role in delivering a compelling customer experience and contributing to the successful delivery of customer programs across the TechnologyOne value chain. Your key responsibilities will include: Provide expert consulting on TechnologyOne's CPM solution, including design verification, reconfiguration, development, and testing support Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and optimise CPM capabilities Ensure customer programs are successfully managed through our tools, including consulting reports, change requests, uplifts, and program estimates Identify risks and challenges, escalating where needed to maintain smooth project execution Collaborate with Product, Industry, and Consulting Enablement teams to provide feedback and contribute to the evolution of our offerings Coach and mentor less experienced consultants, supporting them in AMS methodology and product knowledge Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication of progress against deliverables Work alongside Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers to ensure commercial decisions align with customer outcomes and experience. Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to optimise processes, systems, and efficiencies Your Talents… Hands-on experience with product implementation, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting solutions Experience working with ERP-enabled projects Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving, and consulting expertise Excellent presentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills * Ability to proactively identify risks, improvements, and opportunities A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across internal teams and customer environments Experience as a change agent, driving transformation and innovation Understanding of TechnologyOne's integration touchpoints across different teams Experience working with TechnologyOne's CPM suite or similar solutions (SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Workday Adaptive, etc.) o Preference for a strong domain knowledge of TechnologyOne products, particularly Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Previous exposure to the Government or Enterprise sectors is highly regarded A passion for driving business transformation through technology & analytics Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join us?
