This role has a broad range of responsibilities. Client experience is paramount, and as the first point of contact for all external visitors and internal colleagues, providing a seamless arrival and departure experience for all clients and guests is yours to own. Your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting all visitors and employees, managing check‑ins, connect hosts with guests, and provide basic tech support. Set up, reset, and maintain meeting and event spaces, including floor walks, food & beverage service, and responding to room service calls. Maintain premium presentation standards across all areas, reporting cleaning or maintenance issues and ensuring safety and tidiness. Manage back‑of‑house organisation, storage, and support tasks such as lockers, lost property, desk bookings, and system updates. Assist events and community teams with room resets, tenancy tours, safety briefings, and ad‑hoc operational support. Communicate proactively with stakeholders, keep administrative records updated, and help identify improvements in workplace operations. About you: To succeed in role, you’ll have previous experience in a customer facing role such as a receptionist or business support. You’ll have experience hosting and receiving external guests as well as senior internal stakeholders ensuring a seamless experience for them in line with all relevant building policies and procedures. You’ll also have: Experience of using room booking, event management, visitor management, tenancy management and access systems Experience assisting with some Tier 1 AV/IT support.
