About the role The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will support the delivery of clear, accurate regulatory and operational communications to both business and residential customers. You’ll help deliver all regulatory and operational communications including billing information, price changes and end of plan messages. A key part of this role is turning complex information into simple and easy to understand messages that guide the customer through important lifecycle moments. Join us at the start of a significant transformation, major regulatory reforms and support the implementation of new marketing technology by embedding tools and processes that enable automation, personalisation and performance tracking. This is a 12 month max term contract based at our new Docklands office, with hybrid working. Support the execution of operational and mandatory communications across email, DM, SMS, app, and web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Translate complex regulatory and operational content into clear, simple, customer-friendly messaging Assist in developing creative briefs, working with internal agencies and onsite copywriters to deliver high-quality communications Help design and refine communication journeys tailored to customer lifecycle, preferences, and regulatory context Collaborate with cross-functional teams and onsite copywriters to manage timelines, approvals, and smooth campaign delivery Support marketing technology adoption, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of communications About you Experience in lifecycle marketing with a passion for regulatory and operational customer communications. Highly developed knowledge of compliance, regulatory obligations and operational requirements, from energy, financial services or another regulated industry. Demonstrated expertise to simplify complex information into clear, relevant, and timely customer communications Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and creative teams, translating and interpreting briefs to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives. Experience with marketing technology platforms and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines Ready to make a difference?
