A bit about your role In this role, you will support and maintain nbn’s Microsoft identity platforms across both cloud (Entra ID) and on‑premises (Active Directory) environments. This is a broad engineering position that will see you working across a wide range of identity-related technologies and services. You will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement and security of nbn’s Microsoft identity infrastructure. A key focus of the role is ensuring service quality, resolving incidents efficiently, and supporting the secure and reliable management of thousands of digital identities across the organisation. As the Microsoft ICAM landscape continues to evolve, you will be expected to stay across emerging technologies, best practices, and security standards. Your work will help ensure that nbn’s identity environment remains robust, secure, and aligned with industry advancements. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding the digital identities that underpin Australia’s national broadband network, contributing directly to the security, resilience, and trustworthiness of critical national infrastructure relied upon by millions of Australians every day.
