How You Will Make An Impact Scale and mature our established Secure AI consulting capability by expanding our existing technical advisory, presales, and delivery services. Support enterprise and government clients as they adopt AI securely, responsibly, and at scale. As a key leader in the practice, you will provide technical and strategic leadership across Secure AI engagements, guide complex solution design, and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning advisory, architecture, and delivery of AI solutions. Day to day you will: Lead and scale an existing Secure AI advisory and delivery engineering team Provide technical leadership across secure AI technical architecture and design; with a part time delivery role to manage and oversee technical projects implementing secure AI systems Own Secure AI presales design for technical solutions, integrations and data modelling Act as a trusted advisor to executives on secure, compliant AI adoption at a technical level, working with principal architects, developers and engineers. Mature Secure AI offerings, reference architectures, and delivery frameworks for technical implementation of software and platforms. Provide advice for complex engagements across GenAI, MLOps, LLM security Coach and mentor consultants, architects, and engineers across AI discipline Partner with sales and practice leaders to grow pipeline and revenue Skills & Qualifications 10 years in technology consulting, architecture, or engineering leadership Strong hands-on background in data lakes, ETL software, AI/ML, Generative AI systems or other complex, multi-layer architectures Deep understanding of AI security as it relates to architectural principles, decisions around model, storage, compute/inference, networking and identity trade-offs and constraints Experience designing and launching production-grade AI platforms, at scale Proven ability to scale established technical consulting teams Strong presales and client-facing architecture experience Experience operating in regulated or security-sensitive environments Please note that due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants have full working rights in Australia or New Zealand Great advantages for great people A salary package that recognises your experience plus a range of advantages (just some of which are listed below – ask us for a benefits brochure).
