In this role, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and success of our Workforce Management (WFM) products. In this role, you’ll lead software that helps organisations with complex, distributed, and remote workforces put the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time. Our WFM platform supports critical workforce logistics including planning, onboarding, training, compliance, site access, and mobilisation, particularly across mining and other asset-intensive industries. You’ll thrive if you enjoy blending product leadership, operational domain expertise, and commercial thinking to deliver practical software that improves productivity, safety and workforce experience at scale. As our Product Manager, you’ll: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quartex’s Workforce Management products, aligned to our Run Every Site Right™ mission. Translate complex workforce challenges, including rostering, fatigue rules, skills matrices, mobilisation logistics, and compliance requirements into intuitive, high-impact product capabilities. Partner closely with engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver workflow-driven solutions grounded in real-world site operations. Work directly with customers and industry stakeholders to ensure our WFM products reflect operational realities and evolving workforce practices. Drive measurable outcomes across: Workforce readiness and compliance Operational efficiency and utilisation Site productivity and safety Own product performance and commercial success, including P&L oversight, pricing, market positioning, and global adoption, particularly within the mining sector. Define and track success using clear KPIs such as utilisation, schedule adherence, onboarding cycle time, and customer adoption. Lead innovation across automation, analytics, and AI-enabled insights, improving workforce forecasting, skills optimisation, and compliance risk management. Act as a product domain advocate, supporting customer conversations, go-to-market initiatives, and industry engagement. What You’ll Bring You’re a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager who balances operational precision with creative problem-solving. You’re comfortable leading cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and owning outcomes end-to-end. You’ll also bring: Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or enterprise software (ARR-driven environments). Strong exposure to workforce logistics, onboarding, training, compliance, or workforce readiness processes. Experience owning or contributing to product P&L, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Confidence working with complex stakeholder groups across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Strong analytical skills, using data to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI or Tableau, and strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
