The Opportunity We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health Team at Southern Highlands Private Hospital. This role will see you supporting our inpatients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing therapy whilst developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team. Skills And Experience We seek highly motivated individuals passionate about customer focused care and who thrive working within a Multidisciplinary Team. You will have well developed clinical and communication skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA Minimum one (1) year of physiotherapy experience in a hospital setting Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs Ability to efficiently manage caseload demands Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice Available to be rostered one Saturday per month and provide regular leave cover What’s in it for you?
