Job Description Maximise delivered sales and profit by leading the effective workflow of customer and store orders, timely and accurate pricing, and commission tier maintenance Manage, monitor and maintain pricing in relevant systems to ensure timely and accurate ticket pricing across all channels Co-ordinate cross functional business and system requirements with key stakeholders as required Co-ordinate and follow through customer and store orders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the end to end cycle of customer purchase orders Ensure the loading and configuration of pricing across all channels meets business and regulatory requirements Ensure the accuracy of pricing by undertaking routine checks as part of the change process Review market advertising print media and recommend price changes where competitor pricing beats current in-store or online ticket price Provide administration and coordination support and act as key point of contact for category teams, marketing, merchandise operations, store operation and stores in relation to competition pricing, product changes and commission tier maintenance Qualifications Qualifications and Competencies Strong Microsoft Excel and Analytical Skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal Project Coordination and Process Improvement skills Customer focus: does everything through the eyes of the customer Ensures accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments Drives results: consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances Collaborates: builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives Communicates effectively: communicates with a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
