This position oversees the processing and billing of all consultations, procedures, treatments and testing of Cancer Services Inpatients and Outpatients and to ensure the financial extract is accurate and complete, maximizing revenue collection within the Service. What You Will Bring To The Role Demonstrated experience in Medicare/ DVA and Private Health Fund billing procedures and reconciliation of billing/ patient accounts. Sound knowledge of patient admission/classification procedures including various fees and charges available. Experience and knowledge regarding HIC policies and procedures {Medicare), scheduled fees and provider numbers, etc. Demonstrated skills and experience with PBRC, MOSAIQ, iPM, Cerner, Revenue spreadsheets and production of reports. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and meet deadlines Ability to work independently within minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent oral and written communication skills.
