The Role We’re currently looking for a medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and with at least one full year of nursing experience. The Enrolled Nurse (EN) contributes to planning, implementing and assisting in the evaluation of health issues and in the provision of nursing care for patients. The EN will work within Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (JH&FMHN) and Ministry of Health policies, procedures and guidelines as well as Corrective Services NSW or Juvenile Justice NSW rules and regulations as set out in the relevant legislation. The Location The Metropolitan Remand And Reception Centre (MRRC) Is a Maximum-security Correctional Facility For Male Offenders And Is One Of 3 Correctional Facilities Within The Silverwater Correctional Complex In Sydney. Inmates Who Arrive At The MRRC Come directly from court on remand Stay at the MRRC while they attend court in the Sydney Metropolitan Area (before returning to their home correctional centre) Stay at the MRRC while they await a vacancy at a centre matching their classification. Most offenders leave the centre within a few months of their arrival, usually because they obtain bail (and release) or transfer centre Salary & Benefits Your hourly rate of $34.49 - $36.70 per hour is just the beginning.
