Essential Criteria License: Current NSW Driver’s License Selection Criteria Demonstrated senior leadership experience in managing a project management office or equivalent function within a complex health or government environment, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance, with proven ability to implement and maintain best practice project controls and standards independently. Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing multidisciplinary team, fostering capability development and a culture of continuous improvement, while exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders in the health sector, working autonomously to build partnerships. Demonstrated expertise in change management, including the ability to lead and support organisational change initiatives related to project delivery and adoption of new practices with minimal supervision. Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present complex reports, business cases, and strategic briefings independently to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage risk and resolve issues effectively in a complex, multi-project environment, taking initiative with minimal guidance. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., health management, project management, business administration) and/or extensive relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working autonomously.
