The Role A newly created opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our fast paced, growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Melbourne. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of disputes, often involving multiple stakeholders, technical legal issues, and commercial sensitivities. You’ll be trusted to develop and complex case strategies, work closely with other team members, our clients and Counsel to achieve outstanding results. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to the team’s development, and helping maintain our collaborative, client-focussed and high‑performance culture. Beyond the legal work, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to business development, thought leadership, and client relationship management.
