You will coordinate key people programs, provide data-driven insights and support meaningful talent & DEI initiatives that enhance engagement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead small talent & DEI initiatives end-to-end Coordinate People Cycle activities including performance, development and talent processes Support early career programs including graduate and leadership initiatives Support the implementation of and participation in the employee engagement survey Develop insights from people data to inform talent and DEI priorities Create high-quality communications and campaign materials Support DEI Employee Resource Groups with governance and coordination Assist with delivery of DEI programs and inclusion initiatives Facilitate small workshops or sessions where required About You Degree or diploma in HR or related field Experience in talent, employee experience or other related HR experience Experience coordinating people initiatives end-to-end Ability to interpret and analyse employee data Strong written communication and presentation skills Confident engaging with diverse stakeholders Able to influence without formal authority Why Asahi Beverages?
