How You'll Be Part Of The Action As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Systems and Compliance Lead, you will report to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing and guide the governance that underpins our safety framework across multiple jurisdictions. You will strengthen compliance assurance, audit readiness, and psychosocial risk management, enabling accurate reporting and confident, insight‑driven decisions. Responsibilities will include: Lead governance for our health, safety and wellbeing systems across jurisdictions Drive compliance assurance frameworks and regulatory readiness Deliver accurate reporting and timely statutory notifications Optimise system workflows to improve access, usability and insights Strengthen psychosocial risk management controls and processes Create clear governance documentation that supports strong decision‑making What You'll Need To Succeed You are a systems‑savvy safety professional who brings confidence, sound judgement, and a collaborative mindset.
