This role is designed for an experienced Manager-level Accountant who can take ownership of a substantial SMSF and business services portfolio. You will oversee SMSF compliance and strategy, review complex financial statements and tax returns, manage business services engagements, and act as a trusted adviser to clients. The position also involves mentoring and developing team members, managing workflows and working closely with senior leadership on technical and operational matters. The ideal candidate will have 7 years’ Australian public practice experience, strong hands-on SMSF expertise and well-developed tax and business services capability. CA or CPA qualification is essential, along with proven leadership skills, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage clients independently.
