Join us as a Time & Attendance Advisor , where you’ll play a critical role in optimising our workforce management processes across UKG (Kronos) and Workday. About the role As a Time & Attendance Advisor, you will be the subject-matter expert for our time-tracking systems and processes. You’ll partner closely with People & Culture, Payroll, managers, and system specialists to ensure accurate and consistent time and attendance practices across the organisation. You will identify improvements, support users, and ensure compliance with EBAs/Award agreements. This role blends detail‑focused analysis with broader process improvement — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving complex system challenges. This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Redfern. Key Responsibilities : Develop expert knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Workday time & attendance processes to ensure accurate and compliant system operation. Monitor user compliance, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades and enhancements. Deliver training, develop user-friendly documentation, and resolve escalated time & attendance queries. Manage the ServiceNow (SNOW) and UKG support inboxes to ensure timely and effective ticket allocation and resolution. Collaborate with managers and People & Culture teams to support consistent national time‑tracking practices and drive process improvements. About you Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Workday HCM time and attendance functionality is desirable. Experience in Workforce Planning and Payroll operations, with an understanding of how time data impacts accurate employee pay. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders and resolve queries effectively. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, manage deadlines, and follow tasks through to completion. Why work for us?
