ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager role designed to support and shape the business. You’ll hit the ground running, building and executing a clear TA strategy while partnering with leaders. From refining EVP and interview processes to proactively sourcing top talent, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the business’s next phase of growth. DUTIES Develop and implement a clear Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to growth goals Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts Drive end-to-end recruitment Proactively source and approach high-calibre talent Strengthen talent attraction strategies Conduct candidate pre-screening and coordinate interview scheduling Refine and streamline interview processes Provide market insights and advice on hiring trends SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment Proven ability to design and execute TA strategies in fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence partnering senior leaders Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing and direct talent approaches Ability to hit the ground running in a contract capacity Experience refining EVP, employer branding or hiring processes highly regarded BENEFITS Opportunity to shape TA strategy during a key growth phase High-energy, creative and collaborative environment Immediate start with strong impact opportunity OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
