About the Role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Area Manager (Inbound) to join our Sales team. This is an in-office desk role where you will be required to work on site at Lidcombe and is ideal for someone with experience in sales or customer service. You are ideally someone who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes. You will spend your day speaking with our valued customers, understanding their unique needs, and confidently upselling our products to increase their overall spend. Success in this role will come from being proactive and organised. You will be expected to keep accurate call notes in SAGE, so strong record keeping and attention to detail are essential skills. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Identify sales opportunities with existing client base and prospective client base • Manage and grow existing accounts • Contribute to customer account acquisition and business development • Managing existing customer base with new line growth • Ensure customer spend and contract optimisation • Web enquires • Initial vetting of web enquiries • Oversee opening of accounts that best suit the inbound list once vetted • Forward enquiries to Rep best suited to the client’s location • Meeting KPIs • Customer calls • Plan forwards (reports) • Grow monthly sales by percentages and amounts outlined by manager • Communication • Effectively manage and communicate with key sales team members and sales support • Effectively escalate issues, problems & concern to Sales Manager • Effectively communicate with Warehouse Manager regarding allocated stock and specials • Be on hand to assist in other departments when needed • Analysing reports to find sales opportunities • Sales reports, Inactive Lists, Revenue reports etc What you need to bring • Relatable sales and or customer service experience in the food service industry • Strong relationship building skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated • Good negotiating skills What We Offer • Discounted staff meat orders • Onsite physiotherapist • Discounts with retail partners • Employee Assistance Program Interested?
