You'll be the trusted partner to our internal teams, ensuring our core enterprise platforms are stable, secure and continuously improving so people can do their best work, for our growing enterprise. With a strong blend of hands-on systems ownership and people leadership, you'll drive a responsive support model, embed service standards, and translate recurring business needs into practical platform enhancements that supports global operations. You'll also work closely with solution and portfolio teams to ensure new initiatives transition smoothly into support, and you'll empower key users through self-service, knowledge transfer and clear governance. What you'll be doing… Own the inhouse platforms in scope including TechnologyOne Ci, CiAnywhere and DXP, plus integrations (incl. Salesforce CPQ/CRM) and TechnologyOne-based automation/micro-systems (models, registers, workflows) Run best-practice support operations across key user support, review cycles, performance and security checks, incident management, continuous improvement and other cyclic activities Build deep knowledge of current solutions and guide key users on current state, risks and improvement opportunities Lead prioritised platform uplift activities, including Group 0 projects, release and upgrade processes Enable self-service by establishing design/technical review of changes and transferring knowledge to power users Strengthen the support model by triaging tickets effectively, routing work into portfolio delivery where needed, and embedding SLAs and KPIs to lift quality and productivitycale Support solution delivery by defining a consistent support handover process for new initiatives and ensuring escalations follow agreed portfolio pathways Lead and coach the team to manage escalations, uplift troubleshooting capability, deepen domain knowledge, and improve documentation and the knowledge base Train and enable new starters and junior staff across local and remote regions, and deliver key user training where requested Drive continuous improvement and compliance by challenging the status quo, improving efficiency and cost, and maintaining WHS and policy compliance Occasional work outside core hours may be required Your Talents… Degree in Information Systems (or similar) plus strong hands-on experience supporting/configuring ERP, enterprise apps and integration platforms Solid understanding of end-to-end corporate processes (HR, Sales, Consulting, Finance, IT) with mature communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels Desirable: experience leading dispersed teams; exposure to XLOne, Crystal Reports, Workflow and Web Services; knowledge of ITIL and security/privacy best practice; agile delivery/change leadership; tools like Monday.com, Jira and Confluence Why Join us?
