Based out of our Mount Waverley Head Office, bring your focused and healthy competitive nature to drive sales and develop your own network of business partners to facilitate new home sales within our Investment division. Make sales to the investor market using channels outside of Metricon’s existing display network. Reporting to the General Manager, MetInvest, your responsibilities will include: Building and nurturing relationships with existing agent /channel partners to drive increased sales and revenue to the wholesale division of Metricon - MetInvest Identifying and prospecting potential new agent /channel partners to expand MetInvest’s market reach in the wholesale space Providing training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell MetInvest offerings Monitoring and analysing agent / channel performance, identifying opportunities for growth and increasing partner sales volume Continually increasing knowledge of the industry, competitors, competitors offering, price points and market opportunities Knowledge of Metinvest Products, inclusions, siting's on detached lots, TownLiving – Metinvest product range, designs, inclusions and sales processes Issuing partner agreements and discussing build contracts if required, ensuring all terms and conditions are met by both parties Sourcing suitable land offerings to package Metinvest product for agent / channel groups to sell to their clients; and Representing Metinvest at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote the Metinvest by Metricon brand and build relationships with potential partners. The successful candidate will have: Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner relationships Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with technical systems, Microsoft, Outlook, CRMs, databases, siting tools a bonus; and Familiarity with agent / channel partners, requirement programs, wholesale lead generation, property investment fundamentals, channel selling strategies, able to present Metinvest product confidently, host events if required.
