Description Join Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team as an Associate Director, Product Owner, and play a pivotal role in delivering an Australian‑first digital platform designed for large corporate and institutional customers. What’s the role? As the Product Owner for Entitlements, you’ll lead capability design and delivery for the Corporate Treasury and Cash Management platform’s entitlements module. You’ll act as the key bridge between Product and Agile delivery teams, owning the backlog, setting priorities and representing business needs through the full delivery lifecycle. You’ll be joining at the midpoint of a major multi‑year transformation, shaping some of the program’s most defining delivery milestones. You’ll define and document features, collaborate closely with architects, developers, digital security and risk partners, and ensure every capability aligns to the platform vision, customer needs and regulatory expectations. This role is central to enabling a scalable, self‑service entitlements model and embedding best‑practice digital authorisation across a pioneering institutional banking platform. This is a permanent role within Westpac Institutional Bank, offering the chance to help shape the future of real‑time corporate treasury and digital transaction banking. What do I need? Deep knowledge of institutional transaction banking, including corporate cash and liquidity management. Experience with digital channels, digital identity, entitlements and authorisation, ideally supporting institutional customers. Strong background in digital product management within a highly regulated environment, preferably financial services. Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end technology solutions across design, build, testing and implementation. Practical experience with Agile delivery, including backlog management, user story writing, prioritisation and working to regular 3‑monthly release cycles. Excellent planning, stakeholder engagement, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work confidently with vendors, risk teams and technology partners. Why join us? We’re obsessed with becoming our customers 1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
