Sydney | Field Service | Global Engineering Leader A global manufacturer of premium CNC machine tools is expanding its service team and looking for skilled MRO / Service Engineers to support customers across NSW and interstate. This role suits technically strong tradespeople who enjoy hands‑on work, solving technical issues and working directly with customers onsite. About the role You’ll work across high‑precision CNC machinery, handling diagnostics, breakdowns, repairs, electrical and mechanical servicing, rebuilds and machine commissioning. What you’ll be doing • Mechanical and electrical service, maintenance and repair • Diagnostics, troubleshooting and breakdown support • Rebuild, retrofit and overhaul (MRO) activities • Machine installation, alignment and commissioning • Basic CNC programming and operator support • Regular interstate travel to customer sites • Access to ongoing technical training and development What we’re looking for • Trade qualified: Fitter & Turner, Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Trade • Strong CNC experience — operation, programming, service or repair • Will also consider CNC machinists with 4–5 years’ experience who are looking to step into a field service role • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and technical drawings • Confident across mechanical, electrical and control systems • Customer‑focused, reliable and strong onsite communication • Comfortable with frequent travel Salary & benefits • Generous salary package based on experience • Car allowance fuel card • Superannuation • Tools of trade • International training (Japan and Germany) • Long‑term career progression Ready to apply?
