Build and wire industrial control panels in a workshop environment with genuine opportunities to progress into workshop management. Duties Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Build and wire industrial control panels and switchboards Install contactors, overloads, motors, sensors and associated components Perform testing, fault finding and quality checks Assist with onsite installation and commissioning in Wetherill Park when required Problem solve and troubleshoot electrical issues Support workshop organisation and day-to-day operations Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience as an Electrical Fitter, Panel Builder or Industrial Electrician Strong workshop-based electrical assembly experience Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail White Card Strong references Highly Regarded NSW Electrical Licence Megger testing experience Leadership aspirations and desire to progress into management Culture Tight-knit family-style team environment Open-door management approach Long-standing staff tenure Strong focus on apprentice development and mentoring Real opportunities for advancement and long-term job security How to Apply Click APPLY to submit your application or contact David Price at Atom Resources on 0422 465 120 for a confidential discussion.
