Warehouse Supervisor – Fremantle Leading Logistics Company Salary: $90,000 Super Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 3:00pm A leading logistics company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at its Fremantle site. This is a key leadership role focused on people, performance, and safe execution within a fast-paced logistics environment. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations while building a strong, engaged, and accountable team. You’ll set the tone on the floor, ensure standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across safety, productivity, and service. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve daily and weekly targets Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure WHS compliance at all times Plan labour, workload, and resources to meet operational demands Monitor performance, address issues early, and manage team behaviours Identify and implement process improvements to lift efficiency and accuracy Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff Be the visible leader on shift and point of escalation for operations About You Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader within logistics, transport, or 3PL Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and influence teams Comfortable managing performance and having difficult conversations when required Sound understanding of warehouse systems and processes Safety-driven with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset What’s on Offer $90,000 Super Consistent day shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday Fremantle-based role with a reputable, well-established logistics provider Autonomy to lead your team and make a real operational impact Supportive management with long-term career potential
