Fantastic Furniture is looking for reliable, hands-on Distribution Centre Operators, Warehouse workers to join our Supply Chain team. This role is critical to keeping our products moving safely, accurately, and efficiently through our Distribution Centre. About the Role Working closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors, you'll support daily DC operations while maintaining strong safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and containers (manual handling and MHE) Pick, pack, and accurately select products Operate forklifts and RF scanning equipment Conduct stock checks and pre-start MHE inspections Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards Identify and report damaged stock Follow WHS procedures and use required PPE at all times Work across inbound, outbound, and other DC departments as required About You Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong awareness of WHS and safe manual handling practices Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Basic written, verbal, and numerical skills Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn Why Join Fantastic Furniture?
