We're on the hunt for an experienced 12-tonne Forklift Operator to join a high-energy well established trailer manufacturer in Perth's eastern suburbs. Our client is an industry leader in trailer manufacturing and currently seeking a well-seasoned operator to help move big things around. If you're confident handling heavy steel and industrial materials in a fast-paced environment, this one's for you. What You'll Be Doing Operating 12-tonne forklifts and above to move heavy materials safely Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers Handling a wide range of steel and ugly freight Working closely with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy Completing pre-start checks and maintaining strict safety standards Keeping the workshop clean and organised ✅ What You'll Need Valid WA LF Forklift Licence Minimum 2 years' experience operating forklifts Proven experience with 10 - 12 tonne machinery (essential) Background in steel or heavy industries Strong safety mindset, reliability, and solid work ethic Availability Monday-Friday and Saturday work also available What's On Offer Excellent opportunity to own the role Plenty of hours on offer up to 56 per week - 10hr Mon to Fridays and 6 hrs Saturdays Long-term, full time contract Supportive team and well-run site Immediate start available Flat rate $38 to $40 p/hr full time Convenient central location WestLink Workforce is a specialist recruitment provider with experience in servicing clients across the maintenance, transport and manufacturing industries.
